We focus primarily on building premium real estate, unique hospitality projects, and utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence. In the Real Estate area, the central point of our philosophy is the customer, for whom we create a new home. Our passion is creating the ideal combination, which includes high-quality architecture, design, sustainability and smart technologies. The result of our projects is therefore elegant living in unique properties and at the best addresses. We base all projects on a comprehensive approach. What is important is our own authorial imprint, which we put into buildings and reconstructions. Therefore, TKC Group includes an experienced team of architects and interior designers. In addition to these activities, we also engage in charitable and public benefit projects that aim to positively influence communities and the future of generations in the Czech Republic.
