Ajay leads Sattva Group’s residential business, steering one of South India’s most respected real estate portfolios through its next phase of growth and institutional transformation. With over three decades of experience in real estate and infrastructure including a defining 20-year tenure at CBRE India—he has been at the forefront of building scalable, well-governed, and performance-driven organizations. At CBRE, he was part of the national leadership team that expanded Project Management and Design & Build mandates to over one billion sq. ft. across asset classes. An engineer by training, Ajay blends entrepreneurial agility with corporate discipline to shape enterprises that create enduring value through design, delivery, and governance excellence.
