Moritz is looking at 19 years of experience in European residential real estate, with a particular focus on the German market. As Head of M&A and Structured Transactions at Vonovia, he is not only responsible for the company's M&A activities but also for developing a third-party business, opening Vonovia's efficient management platform to external clients. Since 2013, he has been active in M&A, playing a key role in transactions totaling more than €50bn and therewith shaping the consolidation of German Residential Real Estate and expanding Vonovia’s business into other European countries.
