Sandro Dabaghian

Sandro is a real estate professional with experience spanning EMEA, currently leading Knight Frank’s European living sector advisory platform. Between 2019 and 2024, Sandro worked in the multihousing equity team at Eastdil Secured and helped advise on over $10 billion of transactions across Europe, with a specific focus on asset and portfolio sales, equity raising and platform recapitalisation mandates. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Sandro held roles in merchant banking at Anacott Capital (London, UK), private equity at Alpine Grove Partners (Milan, Italy) and real estate construction and development at Eagle Hills (Abu Dhabi, UAE), collectively helping close in excess of $7 billion worth of international real estate transactions. Sandro received his undergraduate degree in International Economics from Concordia University and completed his Masters degree in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi.
