Biography
Thiago Gontad is a Partner at Makalu, a merchant bank focused on special situations, capital solutions, and asset management across alternative investments. He has over a decade of experience across investment banking and the infrastructure industry. Prior to Makalu, he worked at Itaú BBA in Debt Capital Markets and later served as CFO and Head of IR at MEZ Energia and as Head of Risk at a power trading platform.
