Biography

Óscar Javier Torres Yarzagaray es el Presidente de la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) de Colombia. Ingeniero civil con amplia experiencia en el sector de infraestructura y transporte, ha liderado importantes proyectos de desarrollo vial y aeroportuario en el país. Durante su gestión en ANI, ha impulsado la modernización de la infraestructura nacional a través de alianzas público-privadas y concesiones estratégicas. Su liderazgo se ha enfocado en fortalecer la conectividad territorial y promover el crecimiento económico mediante inversiones sostenibles en infraestructura de transporte y logística.
