Biography
In my role within the real estate sector, I have gained an overview of key processes across various departments, including design, engineering, marketing, sales, HR, accounts, legal, and liaison activities. My exposure has provided me with valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of real estate projects from conception to completion. My specific focus lies in capital market research, analysis, land acquisition and trading where I am actively involved in plot evaluations, feasibility studies, financial modeling, legal due diligence,etc likewise the sale and trading of land and TDR. As well as our commercial real estate division where I look after bulk leasing and sales, I am the point of conversion and channel to tie up brands and build associations with investors, funds, developers,etc. Also driving the newly ventured hospitality division in Goel Ganga Group.
