Biography
Michał Mieciński is a qualified attorney-at-law and a partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS in Poland. Michał has extensive experience advising international and local investors, real estate funds and developers in all segments of the real estate market including in relation to office, hotel & leisure, commercial, logistic and residential properties. He has worked on key transactions in Poland. Michał has deep expertise in real estate M&A and joint ventures, portfolio transactions, sale and lease back, forward sale/purchase transactions, and restructuring in the real estate sector. Prior to joining CMS, for more than two decades Michał has been associated with the Warsaw office of Linklaters.
