Biography
Javier is the Director, Development Spain & Portugal at BWH Hotel Group. He specializes in maximizing hotel, sports and entertainment assets´ performance and profitability through data, analytics, and benchmarking. Prior to founding and leading SIR, he helped lead significant data and technology driven transformations in the Lodging industry. He is the former Country Manager for the Iberian Markets at STR (CoStar Group), Vice President of Revenue Solutions at SHR Group, and Director, Development & Investor Relations at Andersen Consulting (Parent brand of Braintrust Consulting Services and Braintrust Hospitality). Additionally, Javier is a speaker and an invited master’s degree lecturer at universities and industry organisations.
