Reinaldo da Cruz é Diretor de Estudos de Energia Elétrica da EPE - Empresa de Pesquisa Energética, empresa vinculada ao Ministério de Minas e Energia do Brasil. Com vasta experiência no setor energético brasileiro, Cruz atua na coordenação de estudos estratégicos para o planejamento do sistema elétrico nacional. Na EPE, é responsável por análises técnicas e econômicas que fundamentam as políticas energéticas do país, contribuindo para estudos de expansão da matriz elétrica, avaliação de projetos de geração e transmissão, e desenvolvimento de cenários energéticos de longo prazo. Sua expertise abrange planejamento energético, regulação setorial e desenvolvimento sustentável do setor elétrico brasileiro.
