Biography

Com mais de 20 anos de experiência em inovação, tecnologia e educação, sou Presidente da Invest RS, liderando iniciativas de desenvolvimento econômico e parcerias internacionais no Rio Grande do Sul. Fui Diretor do Tecnopuc por 10 anos e atuei na Agile Alliance Brazil. Primeiro brasileiro a presidir o Conselho Consultivo da IEEE Software Magazine, co-presido a ICSE 2026 no Brasil. Autor de 200 publicações e 5 livros, recebi prêmios como o Google Award for Inclusion Research (2023) e o CNPq Research Fellowship.
