Fabio Maeda
Biography
Fábio Yassuda Maeda serves as CFO, CRO, and Head of Investor Relations at Banco da Amazônia, leading the institution’s financial, risk, governance, and sustainability transformation since 2020. Under his leadership, the bank achieved record results and advanced its socio-environmental and climate strategy, solidifying its role as a key financial player in the Amazon region. In 2025, he also became a member of the Board of Directors and the Financial Committee at BB Previdência, contributing to investment policy design, financial oversight, and long-term strategic decisions. With more than 15 years of experience across the financial sector, he has worked in asset management, investment consulting, and risk management. He is certified by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) as an analyst, consultant, and portfolio manager, and holds a degree in Business from USP.
