Biography

A first-generation entrepreneur, visionary leader, and committed social contributor who embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 with boundless determination. Over the past decade, he has founded and built five successful companies across diverse sectors including liaison, planning, travel & tourism, entertainment, and real estate development. His ventures have empowered hundreds of professionals and positively impacted countless lives.

Currently, he is focused on steering Adissia Developers toward a public listing (IPO) by 2030. Beyond his business pursuits, Shri Manikandan is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated philanthropist, actively contributing to initiatives in education and healthcare.
