Biography
Ram Raheja is the Managing Director of S Raheja and represents the third generation of the family’s real estate legacy in Mumbai. An architect trained at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a former associate at Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, Barcelona, he brings strong global exposure to the business. Under his leadership, the firm has entered a new phase of growth marked by contemporary positioning, disciplined execution, and a focus on premium micro-markets. Deeply involved in strategy and development, Ram drives projects that blend design excellence, capital prudence, and long-term value creation for the city’s evolving skyline in some of the most sought after neighbourhoods.
