Tom is a corporate lawyer by background, having qualified at international law firm DWF, where he advised on acquisitions/disposals and joint ventures. Tom joined the WTW Private Equity Practice in August 2022 and has five years of experience supporting a variety of financial sponsors with insurance solutions focused on M&A transactions (Insurance Due Diligence and Warranty & Indemnity Insurance) and Operational Insurance at the asset / portfolio company investment level, with a strong focus on Real Estate investors.
