Biography
Anna-Lena Löcherbach advises investors and corporations on domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions as well as reorganisations. She also advises German and international investors and family offices on the purchase and sale of real estate and real estate portfolios, structured as asset and share deals, as well as on joint ventures. Anna-Lena, who passed the notarial exam in 2019, started her legal career with a US commercial law firm in 2013 and subsequently worked for a multidisciplinary law firm and in a notary's office. She joined CMS as counsel in 2019.
