Biography
Ramiro is a partner in Galicia’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and leads the Real Estate area. He advises private equity funds, family offices, institutional investors, REITs, real estate developers, and major corporations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions, and asset-backed financings. Ramiro holds a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana and a Master of Science in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. He also co-heads the Cátedra Galicia program at Universidad Panamericana Law School.
