Com vasta experiência em relações governamentais e desenvolvimento de políticas públicas para o setor de tecnologia, Xavier é responsável por representar os interesses da indústria junto a órgãos reguladores e stakeholders. Sua atuação tem sido fundamental na promoção de marcos regulatórios favoráveis ao crescimento sustentável da infraestrutura digital brasileira, contribuindo para posicionar o país como hub tecnológico regional.
