Biography
Promotion of urban regeneration and real estate development projects on a large-scale basis through the participation in the investment with qualified institutional operators (banks, private equity, investment funds, AIFM and REIT); managing the all-around investment, from finding the initiative, assembling possible investors, defining the business plan, negotiating financing, arranging and carrying out construction and/or renovation work, and managing and divesting the operation on schedule.
