Biography
Executive with 40 years of experience in the areas of management, administration, finance and strategy and with more than 21 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, among others. Partner of Fenik Investments, a company focused on the search for investment opportunities and business creation in the Real Estate Industry in Mexico and the United States. Coordinated and led the processes of constitution of three international Joint Ventures (JV) with which $350 million USD of capital were raised; as well, in the domestic equity market the equivalent of $1.1 Billion USD on three CKD, and procurement of more than $1.4 Billion USD in debt to assure the capital investment. Selected in 2019 for the "CFO of the Year" award from the IMEF.
