Harriet Klepper

Harriet Klepper is an Upstream and Advisory Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the world's largest global development institution dedicated exclusively to the private sector. Her work primarily focuses on developing innovative solutions that enhance strengthen workforce capabilities and support sustainable economic growth across Latin America, particularly in the agribusiness and education sectors. She has experience in private sector development, agribusiness value chains, workforce development, sustainability, and public–private partnerships, working with companies, governments, and academic institutions. Harriet holds master's degrees in Economics & Management of Governments and IOs from Bocconi University and in Int. Economic Policy from Sciences Po Paris.
