Depuis plusieurs années, Laura Peral Mercier occupe le poste de Directrice Montage et Développement et Responsable d’équipe Asset Management chez Nexity Entreprises, une entité du groupe Nexity dédiée au développement immobilier pour les entreprises. Dans ce rôle, elle supervise des projets complexes, notamment des opérations de restructuration, de réhabilitation et de transformation d’immeubles.

Parmi ses réalisations notables, on peut citer :

La transformation de l’ancien siège du Conseil Régional d’Île-de-France en un immeuble de bureaux de 15 400 m², pour le compte d’AG2R LA MONDIALE et de Perl.

La réhabilitation du bâtiment "Milky Way" à Lyon, anciennement occupé par le groupe Candia, en un immeuble basse consommation de 4 366 m², labellisé PEQA-BBC.
