Biography
Martin is an experienced real estate finance professional having spent 17 years on the commercial team at Deutsche Bank. Currently the Director of Debt Strategies at Delancey Real Estate, he has expertise in origination, underwriting and executing a wide range of loan and structured investment opportunities. He has transacted more than EUR 3 billion of senior mortgage financing and over EUR 2 billion of CRE structured transactions with premier private equity sponsors, leveraged debt funds and family offices across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain. Also closed more than EUR 2 billion of CRE structured transaction with leveraged CRE debt investors such as debt funds and credit hedge funds in CRE repo,
