Ariane Zarrabi Costa is a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning law and banking, specializing in structured real estate finance. She began her career in 2006 as an attorney at leading French law firms, focusing on real estate transactions and financings. In 2014, she transitioned into the banking sector, bringing her legal expertise to senior roles in structured real estate finance. Over the years, Ariane has developed strong expertise in structuring, negotiating, and syndicating real estate financing deals across France and Europe, covering a wide range of asset classes including offices, logistics, residential, hospitality, and retail. She has worked in major institutions such as Gide, LPA, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, La Banque Postale, and the National Bank of Kuwait (France), where she covers in particular France, Italy and Spain.
