Biography
Maitri is part of JLL’s Capital Markets team and is responsible for assisting the regional team in cross-border investment transactions. She was previously a part of JLL’s Strategic Consulting and Valuations Advisory team. As part of the Consulting team she has spearheaded valuation assignments across all major real estate asset classes. She has also executed consulting assignments involving financial modelling, market assessment, due diligence, techno economic feasibility study, locational study and advised on product mix and construction phasing strategy for various RE stakeholders.
