Biography

Prior to founding Kohana Group, Mr. Kohana served as Vice President for PGIM Real Estate’s core-plus real estate debt business, where he underwrote and closed over $2.2bn of transactions within the multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office, senior housing, self-storage, and student housing sectors across the U.S. Prior to this role, Mr. Kohana worked in asset management and private credit business strategy at PGIM Real Estate and AllianceBernstein.

Spain and Portugal are magnets for tourism and inbound migration due to geography, culture, and cost of living.
