Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the Transport sector, primarily working in the field of economic regulation, concession agreements and PPP projects of highways, railways and airports in Brazil. His education background includes a Master of Science in Transport Management from the San Jose State University (California), a postgraduate degree in Land Transport Regulation from IBMEC (Rio de Janeiro), a specialization in Marketing from University of California at Berkeley (California), and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the UFF - Fluminense Federal University (Rio de Janeiro).
