Grodzicka brings expertise in sustainability frameworks, ESG reporting, and green building standards to TREI's portfolio of shopping centers and retail developments. She plays a key role in implementing the company's sustainability goals and ensuring compliance with evolving ESG regulations in the Polish and European real estate markets.
