Biography

Responsible for leading the company’s legal and regulatory strategy in the region on Competition Law matters. She works on the assessment and mitigation of antitrust risks, the development of internal compliance policies, the management of merger control processes before local authorities, and engagement with regulatory bodies. With solid experience in corporate and regulatory law, she supports Maersk’s operations in Latin America, ensuring compliance and alignment with global standards.
