Biography
Gabriel Capella focuses his activities on the structuring and implementation of financial operations, including bank loans, structured credit operations and public and private issuances of bonds and securities, with a focus on structured investment funds and fixed income assets. He also provides legal advice related to the regulation of financial institutions and the capital market and representation before regulatory entities (CVM and BACEN) and self-regulatory entities (ANBIMA and BSM), with experience in procedures related to sanctioning action and accreditation within the scope of the CVM. Gabriel also provides consultancy in the negotiation of contracts and business agreements in general and investment operations.
