Andres Gomez

Managing Director of Avenida where he oversees all operational and investment decisions, with over 15 years of experience in real estate investment management, infrastructure, consulting, and project finance. Prior to joining Avenida in 2015, Mr. Gomez served as Financial Advisor for the National Financial Fund for Development Projects, where he was part of the Public Private Partnerships’ team leading a team of investment bankers, legal counsel, and engineering consultants to structure large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects across Colombia. Before, he was an on-site project manager for Marval, one of the largest residential real estate developer in Colombia. Education: MBA - Columbia University | MSc in Finance - Universidad de Los Andes | BEng with honors (Cum laude) in Civil Engineering - Universidad Industrial de Santander.
