Rishi Khurana
Biography
Based in London, Rishi joined Purestone Capital as Managing Partner in 2025. Purestone is a private investment firm with a primary focus on real estate in the UK and the Iberian Peninsula. Rishi is an experienced senior executive with over 15 years’ experience in real estate and finance, and currently also serves as a Board Advisor to LandlordInvest, an FCA authorised Peer-to-peer lending platform. Prior to joining Purestone, Rishi founded OCIM, an investment manager with direct mandates in the UK, Ireland, Portugal and Poland across Office, Build-To-Suit and BTR. He has represented Sidra Capital as FD, a Middle Eastern family office with over £1bn in assets under management. He has extensive financial services experience, having worked at Deloitte, KPMG and HSBC across a range of functions, including transaction services, asset management and financial services.
