César Marsillac é Procurador do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, atuando na Procuradoria Geral do Estado (PGE-RS). Como membro da carreira jurídica estadual, representa os interesses do Estado gaúcho em questões legais e administrativas. Especialista em Direito Público, desenvolve pareceres jurídicos e atua na defesa judicial do Estado. Sua experiência abrange consultoria jurídica para órgãos públicos estaduais, análise de contratos e licitações, além de atuação em processos administrativos. Contribui para a segurança jurídica das ações governamentais e para a defesa do patrimônio público estadual através de sua expertise em legislação administrativa e constitucional.
