Kilian Toms
Biography
Kilian Toms is a London-based Managing Director of CBRE Investment Management’s Real Estate Partners strategy. In this role, Kilian is responsible for all aspects of the strategy, including investments, asset management, marketing and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Kilian worked at Sera Global as a Partner and head of EMEA Liquidity Solutions and Secondaries. In this role, he advised investors seeking to create liquidity through fund restructurings, asset spinouts or privately negotiated secondary investments/portfolio recapitalizations. Previously, Kilian was with Landmark Partners for over a decade, where he worked as a principal on their Real Estate Private Equity team.
