Biography
Secretary of External Control of Energy and Communications - TCU. Mr. Figueiredo entered TCU as federal auditor in 2006, where he occupied several positions and made career in the infrastructure area, notedly in the energy sector. Holds postgraduate degrees in Regulatory Law and Foreign Trade; Bachelor in International Relations. CGAP - Certified Government Auditing Professional.
