Sanitary engineer with 20 years' experience working in the sanitation sector, in the design, operation and construction of water and sewage systems. Cesar has experience in maintenance and waterloss reducing. As Expansion Manager, he was responsible for building the largest sewage treatment plant in Santa Catarina - ETE Jarivatuba. He is currently working on PPP modeling and new business with a focus on generating value for Companhia Águas de Joinville.
