Biography
After eight years at the real estate lending team of GE, Thibault spent nine years at LaSalle Investment Management in London, primarily in the debt team, focusing on development whole loans, mezzanine and structured credit, as well as a few years in the Value-Add and special situations investment team, across Pan-European transactions. Thibault joined Urban Input Group in September 2023, to both raise debt capital for the group, as well as lead a local lending platform focused on the Spanish market. With the strong real estate market knowledge of Urban Input Group, this creates a unique opportunity to source, structure and execute smart risk-adjusted debt transactions.
