Biography
My role within Adventures Estates is to source development opportunities in BTR/PRS/Student/Office or Hotel sectors. We are non-specific in location, land can be with or without planning and will be of investment grade standard once completed. Adventure Estates will either take the position of principle stakeholder or JV partner.

Adventure Estates is a new multi-disciplinary development company. We are wherever possible looking to enter into JV opportunities to alleviate over-optimistic expectations or aspirations of land value but sharing the upside on end values. We focus on a range of products, including PBSA, BTR/PRS, commercial and hotel accommodation.
