Viktor Tennström
Biography
Viktor oversees the operational and maintenance management of the logistics property portfolio, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. Viktor also oversees the project development including project leasing and procurement of contractors. Viktor has 10+ years’ experience and prior to joining Slättö, had co-founded Evolv Property in 2015, establishing a successful collaboration with Slättö that resulted in the acquisition and development of numerous properties valued at SEK 3 billion. Viktor has also been a Project Manager at Tenant & Partner, where he specialised in corporate real estate advisory and tenant representation.
