Biography

Vincent Nobel is the Head of Asset Based Lending at Federated Hermes, responsible for leading the team and overseeing asset-based debt strategies, including the coordination, origination, execution, and management of commercial real estate debt investments. He joined Federated Hermes in January 2015, initially as Head of Real Estate Debt. Prior to Federated Hermes, Vincent was a senior member of the M&G Real Estate Debt team from 2011, where he helped establish and develop the Senior Real Estate Debt Fund, deploying over £2 billion in senior real estate debt. His earlier career includes roles at Barclays Corporate and Barclays Capital, focusing on structuring and negotiating secured lending transactions within real estate. He holds an MSc in International Business Studies from Maastricht University and an MA from Sciences-Po (IEP) in Paris.
