Alex is responsible for deal structuring, investment analysis and overall strategy. He has over 10 years of property experience and was one of the first investors in the Collective, exiting in 2018. Before founding SAV Group, Alex spent 4 years in Barclays Capital Financial Derivatives Division.

SAV Group is a specialist property investor and developer, established in 2014. We focus on repositioning and developing income-generating investment properties in Central and Greater London. We acquire hotels, hostels, large commercial buildings, unbroken student accommodation and large apartment blocks with potential for refurbishment and redevelopment. We also acquire land without planning permission for residential development.
