Biography

Mayank Jain is the Chief Investment Officer at hBits. He is a PHD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He has an experience of 15+ years working with real estate firms like Everstone, Indospace Capital and LOGOS Group. He also worked with PE and Consulting firms like Sorenson Capital, Monitor Group (now Deloitte) and Microsoft. He has closed 20+ real estate focused private equity transactions including primary investments, follow-on rounds, equity divestitures and land monetization totalling more than USD 1Bn. He has also closed around USD 75mn if debt financing transactions which include LRD, CF and last mile Mezz.
