Biography
Partner of BicalhoADV, Allan is responsible for the firm's Capital Markets and Banking team. With over 14 years’ experience in the area, he specializes in real estate finance and agribusiness finance transactions, investment funds formation, securitization and structured finance. Allan represents financial institutions, private equity firms, asset managers and investors in general on a wide variety of local and cross-border transactions, including private placement and public offerings of shares of structured funds (i.e., private equity funds, REITs, agribusiness funds and receivables funds) and securitization instruments, as well as structured finance and securitization. Allan holds a bachelor of laws degree (LL.B.) from USP.
