Roxana es socia de los grupos de práctica de Fusiones y Adquisiciones y Bienes Raíces de Galicia. Su trabajo se centra en fusiones y adquisiciones en diversas industrias, estructuración y desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios, inversiones de capital privado, negociación de joint ventures y financiamiento corporativo e inmobiliario. Roxana es abogada graduada de la Universidad Iberoamericana (Ciudad de México) y cuenta con una Maestría en Derecho (LL.M.) de la Columbia Law School.
