Biography
25 years of experience in the conversion and transformation of industrial sites as an investor and manager. Together with other investors, it has acquired and transformed former industrial complexes of more than 350,000 square meters, located in Milan. He has contributed strongly to making Milan's Tortona Zone one of the largest Sohos in the world, dedicated to fashion, art and design. RealStep is currently regenerating the “Milano Certosa District,” located in the northwest area of Milan, which is the district involved in a major redevelopment project. Guiding the transformation process is a vision focused on people and, in particular, on the quality of life of all those who live in the district or frequent it for work or leisure during the day, through the combination of sustainability, innovation and collective well-being as a driver for the regeneration of urban areas.
