Carl-Philip De Villegas

Carl-Philip leads the real estate activities at Straco, both from a development and investment perspective. He is responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of the real estate investment portfolio, as well as the management of the real estate development portfolio companies. In that capacity, Carl-Philip is also CEO of Odebrecht NV, Straco's real estate development company. He started his career as a lawyer, where he advised clients in M&A and real estate transactions. After leaving the Brussels’ bar association, Carl-Philip joined a Belgian real estate developer as legal counsel and was promoted later on to CO-CEO.
