Biography
Eduarda Pinto is the Executive Director of Lionesa Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Lionesa Group — a family office with over 20 years of history and a portfolio of more than 280,000 m² of owned and managed assets across mixed-use, retail, office, and other segments. With over two decades of experience in real estate strategy and business management, Eduarda has been instrumental in shaping and expanding the group’s diverse portfolio. Under her leadership, Lionesa Business Hub has become Portugal’s largest and most dynamic business centre, home to over 120 multinational companies and a vibrant community of 7,000 people from 47 nationalities. Passionate about creating places where talent, culture, and heritage converge, Eduarda drives the group’s mission to make Porto and the North of Portugal one of the happiest regions to live and work.
