Raj Somchand serves as Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for EMEA at JLL, a leading global commercial real estate services firm. Based in the UK, he leads strategic investment banking initiatives across European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. With extensive expertise in real estate capital markets, Somchand oversees complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and corporate finance activities for institutional clients. His role encompasses advising on large-scale commercial real estate deals, managing cross-border transactions, and developing strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. At JLL, he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's investment banking growth and maintaining relationships with key institutional investors, real estate funds, and corporate clients in the commercial property sector.
