Marie-Laure Leclercq de Sousa is CEO France and Cluster Leader for Belgium, Luxembourg, and Southern Europe at JLL. Appointed to her current role in 2024, she drives JLL's strategic direction, operations, and growth across these key European markets, leading multi-disciplinary teams in leasing, investment, advisory, and property management. Beginning her journey with JLL as an intern in 1999, Marie-Laure has progressed through significant leadership positions, including Head of Office Agency Leasing for EMEA and Director of France Leasing Advisory, overseeing thousands of annual transactions. She has actively spearheaded JLL's digitalization initiatives, pioneering new technologies. Additionally, she serves as President of the French professional real estate association FNAIM Entreprises, contributing to the sector's advancement.
