Edward Daubeney serves as Co-Head of Debt and Structured Finance for International Capital Markets, EMEA at JLL UK. In this senior role, he leads debt advisory and structured finance solutions across European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Daubeney brings extensive expertise in commercial real estate finance, capital markets transactions, and debt structuring. He specializes in arranging complex financing solutions for institutional clients, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and development funding across diverse property sectors. His leadership contributes to JLL's position as a leading global real estate services firm, driving strategic debt capital solutions for major real estate investments throughout the EMEA region.
